Data leaflet for H-pro®
The salmon protein concentrate H-pro® is produced of by-products and cut-offs from farmed salmon slaughtered for human consumption. The product has undergone acid preservation and autolysis followed by heat treatment. The product contains 4-5% formic acid and approx. 0,001% antioxidant (E324).
Product specifications
Storage: It is recommended that H-pro® is stored in a closed tank/silo. H-pro® must be stirred in the tank four times a day for at least 15 minutes a time.
Validity: Max. 6 months after delivery provided that the tank is cleaned before filling.
Salmonella: Not detected.
Contains hydrolysed fishproteins — not allowed for ruminants.
